1. Qualification for submitt
☐ All of authors are the members of the Korean Society of Emergency Medical Services (KSEMS).

2. Research and publication ethics
☐ An author (authors) complied with "Research and Publication Ethics of The Korean Society of Emergency Medical Services (KSEMS)". The paper has not been published to other scientific journals, and shall not be submitted to other scientific journals.

3. Manuscript format
☐ Manuscript should be typed in higher version than Hangul 2007(Korean/English) or MS word (English) according to guideline for manuscript.
☐ Title, publication type, name of author(s) including corresponding author, affiliation, position, phone number, fax number, E-mail address, a total number of word count of abstract, and fund support etc. on cover page were written both in Korean and in English.
☐ Text consisted of cover page, title page, abstract, key words, main text, references, table and figures in separate pages.
☐ Main text consisted of INTRODUCTION, METHODS, RESULTS, DISCUSSION and CONCLUSION.

4. Abstract and Keywords
☐ Abstract and Keywords were written in English.
☐ Abstract consisted of Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion
☐ Word count was equal to less than 200
☐ Keywords were less than 5, and were described from MeSH in Medline if possible.

5. Main text
☐ Main text was described according to the instruction to Authors.
☐ References in the main text were described according to the Instruction to Authors.

6. References
☐ Every article in Reference was cited in the main text.
☐ All reference were written in English.
☐ Number of reference was less than 30.
☐ The reference style was followed by the Instruction to Authors.
☐ Abbreviated title of the journals were accredited abbreviation from ISO, such as Pubmed or Korea Med.
☐ Citation of thesis was 10% or under.
☐ The references with DOI (Digital object identifier) were perfectly written by it.

7. Table and figures
☐ The titles and legends of tables and figures were written in English.
☐ Photos were in required format.

8. Submission of manuscript
☐ Review processing fee of Korean Won 50,000 was paid.
☐ Manuscript contained cover page, one original manuscript, checklist were submitted to URL for thesis.
